A system of supporting determination of the quantity of construction equipment to be used for a construction work based on multiple agents includes a construction equipment agent(110) generating and controlling an object corresponding to construction equipment, a construction material agent(120) managing the quantity of a material loaded in a loading area and the quantity of material left according to execution of simulation, a road lane agent(130) generating a road object corresponding to a road from the loading area to a pile-up area according to a parameter inputted by a user and generating a signal lamp object installed for each road object, a vehicle agent(140) generating a vehicle object running on the road object and interacting with objects generated by other agents to implement a vehicle behavior form based on a parameter set by the user, and a simulation execution module(150) receiving a parameter for simulation from the user and managing the operations of the respective agents to perform simulation.
