PURPOSE: A thermoplastic polymer composite is provided to enhance electrical conductivity and moisture and gas barrier properties, to minimize the content of expensive carbon nanotube, and to enable use as electrostatic discharge and electromagnetic interference materials. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic polymer composite comprises 0.1-5 weight% carbon nanotube, 1.0-10 weight% graphite particle and 85.0-98.9 weight% thermoplastic resin. The thermoplastic polymer composite has surface resistance of 10^4 - 10^9 Ohms/sq, oxygen permeability of 4.0(20C dry g/m^2/24hr/atm) or less, and water permeability of 5.0(g/m^2 24hr) or less. The resin composite has drop impact strength is 70g or greater.
