PURPOSE: A method for generating state-of-charge standard information of a secondary battery and a method for estimating state-of-charge of the secondary battery using state-of-charge standard information are provided to generate the charges state information of a battery by extracting parameters of an equivalent circuit to the secondary battery. CONSTITUTION: A method for generating state-of-charge standard information of a secondary battery and a method for estimating state-of-charge of the secondary battery using state-of-charge standard information are comprised of steps: receiving first impedance; generating first parameters of the equivalent circuit to the secondary battery; and generating approximated second parameters of the charged secondary cell by using the first parameter.
