PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing Makkoli using mulberry leaves, stems, root peels, and fruits is provided to ensure functionality of mulberry and high preference. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing Makkoli using mulberry comprises: a step of dipping rice in the water for moisture absorption; a step of steaming the rice using steam generated from hot water extract of mulberry leaves, stems, and Mori Radicis Cortex mixture; and a step of mixing the rice and nuruk and fermenting at 25C-26C for 3-4 days.
