PURPOSE: A reading stand and a fixing device thereof are provided to facilitate angle adjustment and to secure solid fixture. CONSTITUTION: A reading stand comprises: a placing member(120); a supporting member(130) which rotationally supports the placing member at a constant angle; and a fixing member which is rotationally combined with the supporting member. The fixing member includes a pressor compressing an external object while moving up and down. The supporting member is rotationally connected to the pressor and moves up and down with the pressor.
