PURPOSE: A vibration amplification piezoelectric pump is provided to increase discharge quantity by improving structures for amplifying the displacement of vibration.;CONSTITUTION: A vibration amplification piezoelectric pump comprises a vibration generator, an upper plate(100), a check valve part(200), a chamber(300), and a control unit(400). The vibration generator generates vibration following supplied electric power. The upper plate comprises an inlet port and an outlet port. The check valve part is comprised in the lower portion of the upper plate. The check valve part controls the flow of fluid. The chamber comprises an elastic member(60), the top plate of the upper plate, and a bottom plate(70). The control unit controls the power applied to the vibration generator.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
