PURPOSE: An adhesion fixture of a waterproof sheet for a tunnel using a Velcro fastener and a construction method of a waterproof sheet using the same are provided to improve adhesion by increasing the touching area of a nonwoven fabric and a Velcro fastener. CONSTITUTION: An adhesion fixture of a waterproof sheet for a tunnel using a Velcro fastener is comprised as follows. A Velcro fastener(630) is fixed to the side portion of an adhesion fixture support, and the top arched portion thereof is supported to the support portion of the adhesion fixture support. A space portion(P) is formed between the support portion and the top arched portion of the Velcro fastener. The length of the top arched portion of the Velcro fastener is 1.2-5.0 times of the width of the support portion of the adhesion fixture support.
