FIELD: chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physical and colloidal chemistry. Disclosed is a finely dispersed organic suspension of carbon nanostructures for modifying epoxy resins, which contains carbon nanostructures dispersed in polyethylene polyamine, said nanostructures containing a 3d-metal such as copper, nickel, cobalt or compound thereof, as well as nitrogen-containing groups. Content of nanostructures in the suspension does not exceed 5 mg/ml. In order to prepare the suspension, powder of nanostructures is washed with a weakly alkaline aqueous solution, dried at temperature 70°C, ground and proportionally added to polyethylene polyamine while stirring until obtaining content of nanostructures in the suspension of not more than 5 mg/ml. The obtained mixture is stirred until uniform volume distribution of nanostructures.;EFFECT: obtained dispersion has high stability, which enables its use on an industrial scale in long production cycles.;2 cl, 4 dwg, 4 ex
