FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, more specifically to physiology, space medicine and can be applied for preventing destruction of cytoskeletal proteins of atrophied skeletal muscles caused by hypokinesia and/or discharge by gravity to eliminate their negative impact. That is ensured by introducing L-arginine. L-arginine can be introduced in the amount to provide decreasing the synthesis of mRNA E3 ligases involved in proteasome protein degradation. L-arginine can be also introduce in the amount to provide prevention of decreasing mRNA of myosin type 1 heavy chains.;EFFECT: method provides a high degree of prevention and elimination of atrophied muscles and simultaneously eliminates negative side effects.;3 cl, 12 dwg
