The implant has an open-meshed, three-dimensional (3D) spatial net structure (3) partially covering a surface area of the implant. The spatial net structure is arranged in pocket-type recesses (4) in a base structure (1) of the implant and dimensioned such that the net structure does not extend over contours of the base structure. The net structure is made of discrete particles that are supported on the base structure, where mesh width of the net structure ranges from 1.5 to 1.6 mm and the net structure is coated with titanium plasma layer.
