The conveyor unit has a fluid-promoting piston pump provided for pumping of liquid gases. A connection (11) is provided in the vicinity of a bottom dead center (12) of the movement of a piston (3). The connection is released by the movement of the piston, and is acted upon with negative pressure. A pneumatic piston actuator is provided with two pump heads for conveying both hydrogen and oxygen.
