The module has a capacitor whose pole is connected with pole of battery through a charging unit (3) and discharging unit (4). A charging unit is activated for quickly dissipating excess charge in capacitor (1), when charge is surplus in battery (6). The surplus charge is slowly transferred to battery through discharge unit during voltage drop of battery by deactivating charging unit for predetermined period of time. An independent claim is included for energy management system.
