The device comprises corridor-bonded rail ladle wagons with running wheels, frame structures, and horizontally moving drives, where each ladle wagon incorporates a pan chair (3) for setting of the ladles on this chair using a crane (4). The ladle wagon has individual mechanisms for rising and lowering the pan chair and twin carrying capacity, and a size of the vertical gears of the pan chair is indicated by the mechanism. A force part of the mechanism for rising and lowering the pan chair is directly connected with hydraulic cylinders and a frame structure of the wagon.
