The device comprises corridor-bonded rail ladle wagons with running wheels, frame structures, and horizontally moving drives, where each ladle wagon incorporates a pan chair (3) for setting of the ladles on this chair using a crane (4). The ladle wagon has individual mechanisms for rising and lowering the pan chair and twin carrying capacity, and a size of the vertical gears of the pan chair is indicated by the mechanism. A force part of the mechanism for rising and lowering the pan chair is directly connected with hydraulic cylinders and a frame structure of the wagon. The device comprises corridor-bonded rail ladle wagons with running wheels, frame structures, and horizontally moving drives, where each ladle wagon incorporates a pan chair (3) for setting of the ladles on this chair using a crane (4). The ladle wagon has individual mechanisms for rising and lowering the pan chair and twin carrying capacity, and a size of the vertical gears of the pan chair is indicated by the mechanism. A force part of the mechanism for rising and lowering the pan chair is directly connected with hydraulic cylinders, the frame structure of the wagon and hinges between the pan chair. The ladle comprises a pouring tube (22). The mechanism for rising and lowering the pan chair of the ladle wagon is settled with double-armed levers in accordance with the type doubled Lever controlled parallelogram, where the lever arms are mutual-rectangular. A spacing is present between the pan chairs from condition of the possibility of deflation into the manifold of the two pouring pans and selected by pouring under the level. A manifold (20) is present in a lid of the plant in the form of a stretched oval.
