The device (12) has a main light source (1) whose light emission provides lighting function to vehicle. A light cover lens (6) is provided in light exit opening of housing (5) by which light emission of main light source is emitted outwards. An auxiliary light source (8,9) is provided in housing such that light emission is provided to interior of housing. Light beams (10,11) emitted by light source are not directly emitted on light cover lens.
