The blanket has a sliver compound provided in a material layer sheet to inhibit bacterial growth or formation of a biofilm, where the blanket is made of different materials. The silver compound is designed as a silver oxide compound. The silver compound is present in an area density that ranges from 0.001 to 0.050 kilogram/meter square in the material layer sheet. The silver compound is provided in a fabric layer in a thread-like and meander-like manner. The silver compound is arranged as a firmly bonded film at an inner surface of a printing blanket layer.
