The element has an electrically conductive covering (4) i.e. casing, for receiving an annular piezoelectric element (2) and comprising two electrodes. An electrical contact (5) i.e. cylindrical bar, connects the piezoelectric element with an electronic evaluation unit (6). The piezoelectric element is isolated from another annular piezoelectric element (8) by an electrically non-conductive isolator (9). An antenna (7) transmits measurement values acquired and determined by the evaluation unit to a receiver by a high frequency transmission based on a transformer principle.
