The arrangement (1) has resistance paths (3) consisting of a polymer paste (4) and imprinted on a support material (2), where the support material is made of plastic. The resistance paths are in electrical contact with an electrical contact zone (5), which is imprinted on the support material. The resistance paths cover an electrically insulating protecting layer (6) made of plastic. The resistance paths are arranged next to each other along a longitudinal direction of the support material. An electrode is molded onto the support material. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an electrode arrangement for an anti-static device, comprising a high voltage resistor arrangement (2) a roller for providing a high voltage resistor arrangement or an electrode arrangement (3) a method for manufacturing a high voltage resistor arrangement.
