The motorcycle has a front seat i.e. rider seat (1) and a rear seat i.e. pillion seat (2), where one of the rider seat and the pillion seat is fixable in front and rear longitudinal positions on the motorcycle. The front and rear longitudinal positions are predetermined such that the pillion seat is fixable on the motorcycle only in the predetermined longitudinal positions, where the pillion seat is removably fixed on the motorcycle. A downward projecting cantilever pin (3) is provided at the bottom of the pillion seat, where the pin is engaged with a frame of the motorcycle.
