The device (10) has brackets (11) secured on a surface of a tooth (14), where the brackets have a bracket base. Bracket wings of the brackets delimit a slot together with the bracket base for receiving a metallic arc e.g. wire arc (15), where the bracket wings have a head portion with large diameter. The metallic arc is secured in the slot by a fastening device such as wire ligature and closure element. The bracket base or bracket wings or the closure element is partially and rotatably formed for limiting the slot.
