The rotor (2) has an inner ring (2a) and a high-strength reinforcing ring (2b) that are connected together. The inner ring contains a polymer matrix with permanently magnetized nanoparticles. The reinforcing ring is made of carbon fiber composite material. Autonomous sensors (1) wirelessly transfer measured data. An electronic apparatus (5) wirelessly transmits thermal, acoustic and mechanical data to a relay transponder. Coils (4) with time variable magnetic flux are mechanically connected with the rotor. An independent claim is also included for a method for constructing a rotor.
