The acoustic element has an actuator (154) i.e. exciter, acting on a plate-like element (152). The plate-like element produces sound waves (156) depending on the oscillations produced by the actuator. The plate-like element is partially made of foamed ceramic material (158) i.e. translucent foamed glass ceramic, where plate-like element is partially transparent. The plate-like element exhibits three-dimensional surface structure. The foamed ceramic material is partially provided with a lining at a side of the acoustic element. A lighting element (148) is designed as an organic LED-element. An independent claim is also included for an interior lining.
