The device has a light diaphragm (4) rotatably connected with the pivot bearings (34) of the valve holder (3) and with the connecting portion (37) on the valve stem (36). Two pivot bearings (40) are arranged in the middle of the lower portion of diaphragm and formed with pivot holes (41). A pivot pin (42) is guided through the pivot hole (41), pivot hole (44) in rotary bearing (43), and the sliding groove (38) of the connecting portion. The light diaphragm is rotated through the valve stem (36) of the electromagnetic valve (30) to switch between the low and high beams.
