The present invention relates to the screening method or search process, by means of libraries of substance mixtures. According to the invention, a search process according to an optimally effective individual substance mixture is proposed, which is characterized in that there is a certain amount of purified water, carbon dioxide to, a blowing agent and optionally alcohol. The library contains at least 1.000 different individual - mixtures of substances. Their cleaning effect on artificially soiled ceran plates or glass ceramic plates is investigated.
