The seal has a slip ring (1) movably supported, and a counter ring (3) comprising a sealing surface (3a), where the slip ring comprises a sealing surface (1a). The sealing surface of the slip ring lies opposite to the surface of the counter ring. The slip ring is pressed against the counter ring by a bellows-like spring (5). The spring is made of metal, plastic or elastomer. The spring with an annular stopper region lies at the slip ring, and is fixed at a housing (4) by an annular connection region. The stopper and connection regions are connected together by flexibly deformable hinge region.
