The panel (1) has an exterior metallic facing (2) provided with longitudinal reinforcement element (7) i.e. solid wooden beam, extending on length of the panel. The reinforcement element is in contact with a part of the metallic facing, where the contact part of the metallic facing partially conforms to a shape of a rib of the metallic facing. The reinforcement element is entirely integrated in an internal insulating layer (6) made of a polyurethane foam. A finishing board (10) i.e. gypsum board, is placed under the insulating layer to contact with sheaths (9, 9') and thermal breakers (8').
