The device has a grip unit (2) deformed between a grip configuration in which the grip unit is integrated to a prosthesis (20), and a detached configuration in which the grip unit is disintegrated from the prosthesis. A handle includes deformation units constituted by a spherical body (16) and a cylinder (18) and permitting reversible passage of the grip unit between the configurations. The grip unit is constituted by a ring defining a central axis, where the ring includes cylindrical casings distributed around the central axis and receiving the deformation units.
