The assembly has a set of strands (1) assembled together by a fixation link (2) i.e. tube, and sheets (3) connected to the strands by a fastener (4). The sheets are provided with openings (7). The fastener has a covering part i.e. crosspiece (5), for covering a portion of an edge of each opening. The fastener has legs slipped under the link through the openings and for indexing the fastener on the link in a direction transverse to the link. A disk includes a ramp arranged on a face of the disk carrying the leg.
