The covering (1) has an upper surface (2) adapted for displacement of animals, and comprising a relief subjected to elastic deformation. A lower surface (3) is rested on ground, and by a peripheral edge (4). Upper and lower elastically deformable layers (5, 6) are realized in an elastomer material e.g. polybutadiene, and undergo elastic deformation to allow elastic deformation of the upper surface. An electric conductive network (10) is managed remotely from the upper surface and connected electrically to an earth electrode. The upper surface comprises an electrical insulating material.
