The device (1) has a rope (2) to which a cradle (5) is suspended. The cradle is equipped with a sliding unit that allows sliding of the device along the rope. An ejection unit ejects the cradle along an axis of the rope. The ejection unit includes a stretching unit (9) that stretches the cradle according to elastic return force directed along the axis of the rope. The stretching unit includes two elastic cords (10) connected to the cradle and an anchoring point, where the cords are located on both sides of the rope.
