The cage has a body (10) interposed between two vertebrae. The body comprises two opposite plane base faces (11, 12) and a parallel side wall (13) that connects the two base faces. A cavity (15) is realized in the body while being opened on the base faces. Assembling units (30) assemble a bracket (21) in rotation in the cavity around a rotation axis (16). A crossing cylindrical opening (34) of the assembling units is realized in a shaft (31) such that an axis of the opening is confounded with the rotation axis. A cross section (35) of the cylindrical opening is in a polygonal shape.
