The method involves providing formwork and a reservation device that is positioned inside the formwork. The formwork and the reservation device are arranged to create reservations in a reinforced concrete wall (10). The formwork and the reservation device are allowed to remain in place so as to allow realization of suspended floor. A set of cells (5) is provided in the wall. The floor is anchored in the web. An independent claim is also included for a device for implementation of reservations in reinforced concrete walls.
