The process comprises mixing water and clay with a clay fraction corresponding to particles with a size of less than 40 mu m, forming the mixture of water and clay to obtain a greenware, firing the greenware at a temperature of 900-1160[deg] C to obtain a terracotta object, placing a solid mixture consisting of 40 mass% of clay fraction and degreasing agent such as feldspar in a slurry including 47% of water relative to dry mass, and die casting the slurry under pressure in a porous mold to obtain the greenware. The clay has montmorillonite of less than 10%, and illite of less than 20%. The process comprises mixing water and clay with a clay fraction corresponding to particles with a size of less than 40 mu m, forming the mixture of water and clay to obtain a greenware, firing the greenware at a temperature of 900-1160[deg] C to obtain a terracotta object, placing a solid mixture consisting of 40 mass% of clay fraction and degreasing agent such as feldspar in a slurry including 47% of water relative to dry mass, and die casting the slurry under pressure in a porous mold to obtain the greenware. The clay has montmorillonite of less than 10%, and illite of less than 20%. A silicate (0.1-0.5 mass%) and a carbonate (0.025-0.5 mass%) are added in the solid mixture. The solid mixture is crushed for a period of 6 hours. A draining agent is added in the slurry.
