The bar (1) has a hollow cavity defined by a set of bars (2, 2', 3, 3'), where the hollow cavity defines large width. The set of bars is located opposite to one another and spaced from each other. A set of flat attaching units i.e. flat metal sections (4, 4'), attaches the set of bars. Thickness of each metal section is approximately 2 mm, where the metal section is located at a side of the hollow bar having greater width. A spacer is located at a junction of a set of shaped plates. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a wall (2) a joist.
