The floating units comprise respective water resistant hinges, where an axis of rotation of the hinges is orthogonal with length of the floating units. Connection units comprise a cylindrical guide (10) and a cylindrical tube (11) that include a removable abutment (13) for limiting spacing between the floating units during slided walking operation of an individual on water.
