PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scaffold that is controllable in shape, is more excellent in high-load resistance property than a conventional product, and is used for neonatal bone induction, and also to provide a BMP-scaffold complex to be used for neonatal bone induction, and a manufacturing method thereof.;SOLUTION: A scaffold to be used for neonatal bone induction is made of a three-dimensional mesh base material formed by laminating metal particles by an electronic beam, based on three-dimensional coordinate data of a bone defect part obtained by an X-ray generator. The metal particles are titanium particles of 30 μm and ≤100 μm. The pore size of the three-dimensional mesh base material is ≥100 μm. The BMP-scaffold complex to be used for the neonatal bone induction includes: the scaffold; and a bone morphogenetic factor (BMP: Bone Morphogenetic Protein) complexed with the scaffold.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
