PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actuate an enclosed type game machine even when trouble occurs in acquiring an authentication key.;SOLUTION: A card management device 40 acquires a plurality of authentication keys including a spare authentication key when acquiring authentication keys from an authentication key management center 120, and stores the keys in a storage section 45.
