PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposal plan creation support device of non-legal public property and a disposal plan creation support program of non-legal public property for easily determining the necessity and order of the disposal of the non-legal public property.;SOLUTION: When an object area information acquisition part 26 acquires information on the land in an object area (object area information) including non-legal public property, an attribute extraction part 28 extracts the attributes of the land in the object area on the basis of the object area information. A division line generation part 30 generates a division line in the non-legal public property in accordance with a predetermined standard on the basis of the attributes. An evaluation part 32 generates an evaluation value unit price and the necessity and order of the disposal of each piece of the non-legal public property as evaluation information for each of the divided areas of the non-legal public property divided by the division line and for each of the lands divided by each possession boundary, and a generation part 34 outputs it as information for the disposal plan creation support of the non-legal public property.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
