PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve feeling classification precision.SOLUTION: An aspect classification unit is configured to classify contents as ones related to a specific aspect of information, and incorporates at least a part of a domain-specific feeling glossary. A polarity classification unit is configured to classify the contents classified by the aspect classification unit while considering that the contents have one of a positive feeling related to the specific aspect of the information and a negative feeling related to the specific aspect of the information, or considering that the contents do not have a feeling related to the specific aspect of the information, and incorporates at least a part of the domain-specific feeling glossary.
