PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-halogen flame-retardant rubber composition which has higher heat resistance and radiation resistance and does not generate poisonous or corrosive gas such as halogen gas even when it is combusted, and to provide a non-halogen flame-retardant electric wire or cable each using the non-halogen flame-retardant rubber composition.;SOLUTION: The non-halogen flame-retardant rubber composition contains: a polymer which contains ethylene-propylene-butadiene rubber having a diene content of ≤10 mass%, wherein the diene content is 0.5-3.0 mass% based on the whole polymer; silane-treated magnesium hydroxide; and magnesium hydroxide treated with an fatty acid or a phosphoric acid ester.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
