PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure an antenna reflection loss of a radio terminal.;SOLUTION: A measuring method of an antenna reflection loss includes: obtaining a first reception power PRO at a position where reception power is maximum according to a displacement method, in a state where a reference transmission antenna 11 having a known reflection loss Lt is disposed at one focal position F1 on a long axis of an elliptic sphere shaped coupler 20 surrounded with a metal wall which reflects a radio wave, and a receive antenna 15 is disposed at another focal position F2 thereof; and obtaining a second reception power PRA at a position where the reception power is maximum, in a state where the receive antenna 15 is covered with a radio wave absorber under the same arrangement. Furthermore, similar processing is performed by disposing a radio terminal in place of the reference transmit antenna 11, a third reception power PEO is obtained with the radio wave absorber and a fourth reception power PEA is obtained without the radio wave absorber. An antenna reflection loss LR of the radio terminal is calculated through an arithmetic operation of: LR=(PEO-PEA)-[(PRO-PRA)-Lt] (dB).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
