PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to estimate a start time point of a task started in an information processing device.SOLUTION: An information collection part: identifies an application identifier "J", which is one of application identifiers included in a call 3 list "L, G, K, J, I, H, F, E" and is the newest of application identifiers whose preceding and subsequent relation among all application identifiers from the oldest "E" to the identifier in the call 3 list is the same as that in a call 2 list "J, I, H, G, F, E, D, C", as a final start task; and estimates that application identifiers "L, G, K" which are newer than "J" in the call 3 list have been started in start order of "KGL" between a call 2 and a call 3.
