PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration reduction mechanism of a power plant, able to reduce vibration increase of the power plant including an internal combustion engine which occurs when the internal combustion engine is started or stopped, and to provide a vehicle having the same.;SOLUTION: The vibration reduction mechanism has such a configuration that: a rubber mount (supporting device) 11 for supporting the power plant 1 including an engine (internal combustion engine) 2 to a vehicle frame (base) 6 is connected to the power plant 1 through an engine side mount bracket 12 or to the vehicle frame 6 through the vehicle frame side mount bracket 13; the movement of the rubber mount 11 is restrained by a restraint apparatus 30 constituted of the engine side mount bracket 12 and an electromagnet 31 connected to the vehicle frame side mount bracket 13 through a column 32; and the spring rigidity is improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
