PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for designing a power supply circuit of a printed circuit board, for designing a stable power supply circuit at an optimum state about a power supply circuit (a wiring circuit of a power supply system) for an LSI and other components in a PCB on which the LSI and other components are mounted. PSOLUTION: A power supply voltage variation characteristic (PI characteristic) generated by the internal operation of the LSI and a power supply voltage variation characteristic (EMS (Electro Magnetic Susceptibility) characteristic) generated by external noise are respectively derived by inputting PCB information and external noise information, and whether both the characteristics satisfy a voltage variation condition (determination standard) to be an allowable value of predetermined power supply voltage variation or not is determined. When either one of the PI characteristic and the EMS characteristic does not satisfy the voltage variation condition or when neither of them satisfy the condition, a means for changing the structure of the PCB is added to easily design the power supply circuit of the printed circuit board stably against the internal operation of a semiconductor integrated circuit and the external noise.
