PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a next-generation carbon-free combustor, a next-generation carbon-free engine, a next-generation carbon-free power generating device using the same, and urea aqueous used in the combustor.SOLUTION: A next-generation carbon-free power generating device 10, which includes a carbon-free combustion chamber 38 having a combustor 13 that burns a hydrogen-rich ammonia and combustion air together to generate a high-temperature gas and generating a high-temperature gas, a hydrogen-rich ammonia generator 70 which is heated by part of the heat energy of the high-temperature gas serving as heat source to generate ammonia from a urea aqueous on-demand and transforms part of the ammonia into hydrogen and nitrogen to generate a hydrogen-rich gas, and a hydrogen-rich ammonia supply line 25 which supplies a mixed gas consisting of the rest of the ammonia and the hydrogen-rich gas as a hydrogen-rich ammonia, to the carbon-free combustion chamber, includes a generator 14, and generates the hydrogen-rich ammonia out of the urea aqueous on-demand at high efficiency, thus contributes to the prevention of global warming.
