PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 3D video photography control system which controls the positions and direction of a pair of imaging apparatuses to obtain a suitable 3D effect or maintain safety, in comprehensive consideration of a photographing condition and a viewing condition.SOLUTION: Base line lengths and angles of convergence of a pair of imaging apparatuses are controlled on the basis of an integrated model into which 3D photographic/broadcast models and a 3D subject models are integrated. A base line length determination unit 6d-1 determines the base line lengths on the basis of a relation represented by an integrated model expression 1 (the relation that a ratio of a base line length of an imaging apparatus to a base line length of viewer's both eyes is proportional to a viewing ratio), and a camera control unit 6e moves the pair of imaging apparatuses so that the pair of imaging apparatuses have the determined base line lengths. A convergence angle control unit 2d-2 controls the angles of convergence by a viewing ratio obtained on the basis of a relation represented by an integrated model expression 2 (the relation that the result from multiplication of a viewing ratio and an angle of view of an imaging apparatus is a constant), and the base line length determination unit 6d-1 determines the base line lengths on the basis of the viewing ratio and the integrated model expression 1.
