PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for hot plate fusion, obtained by improving threading properties of the resin and surface appearance of a molded product at the hot plate fusion. PSOLUTION: The resin composition for the hot plate fusion is obtained by compounding 0.1-20 pts.wt. of a thermally expandable microcapsules (B) having a thermal expansion-starting temperature of ≥140°C with 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin (a single rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin, or a mixture of the rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin with other thermoplastic resins) (A).
