PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input screen control device, an input screen control method and an input screen control program for creating an input screen to promote the input of information with the following data use taken into consideration. PSOLUTION: The input screen control device includes: a means for displaying an input screen based on layout information read out of a layout information management table for storing the layout information of an input screen having a typical information input column to which typical information to be managed for each attribute is input and a non-typical information input column to which no-typical information with no attribute is input; and a changing means for changing the size of the non-typical information input column on the input screen based on the input situations of the typical information to the typical information input column on the displayed input screen.
