PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reschedule production on the basis of a schedule already prepared, preventing the contents of the schedule from being largely changed when a new order is made.SOLUTION: A delivery date of a new order and order information regarding processes through which the product is to be manufactured, the sequence of the processes, equipment used in each process, operation time of each process and conveyance time between pieces of equipment are registered (S1). Latest start times for each process for the new order and each process in the previous plan are calculated on the basis of the operation time and the conveyance time (S2). The start time of the previous plan is acquired (S3). An approximate curve regarding the start time (X axis) of the previous plan and the latest start time (Y axis) are calculated (S4). The start time of the previous plan corresponding to the latest start time for the new order on the approximate curve is calculated as a reference time (S5). Rescheduling is executed, regarding the reference time as a start time in the previous plan for the new order (S6), and the result is output (S7).
