PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily release a lock set in an application without performing complicated operations or work.;SOLUTION: An application lock release system comprises: a key information acquisition unit 11 which acquires key information from an IC card 200 by wireless communication, when a smart phone 100 receives an instruction to start an application; and a lock release processing unit 12 which determines whether the acquired key information matches with authentication key information prestored in the smart phone 100, and releases a lock set in the application when both pieces of key information match with each other. For using the application in the smart phone 100, a user does not need to manually input a password or connect the IC card via an adapter, but only by bringing the IC card 200 closer to the smart phone 100, the key information is transmitted by wireless communication, then the lock set in the application is configured to be released.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
