PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for appropriately controlling sample temperature in a light irradiation test where the on-off of light irradiation is repeated, and also to provide a device therefore.;SOLUTION: A light irradiation test method includes at least: a process for performing light irradiation with respect to a sample 10; and a process without performing the light irradiation. Temperature control mechanisms and cooling blow mechanisms different from the temperature control mechanisms are arranged in a holding tub 15 to which light is made incident. The temperature control mechanisms and/or cooling blow mechanisms are controlled due to the presence/absence of light irradiation and/or the measurement temperature of the sample 10, thereby to adjust the temperature of the sample. Especially, vortex tubes 13 are favorably used for the cooling blow mechanisms.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
